Welcome back everyone! I’m playing catch up with some cards from the Online Card Classes Clean & Simple Holiday Class.
These first two cards are actually from Day 2. Even though there is tons of great tips and videos on Day 2, I went with the inspiration from Cathy Zielske. She always has amazing clean & simple cards. I’ll have the supplies I used listed at the bottom of the post for each card.
I used a variety of products for my card including Alicia Snowflake Die, Aubrey Snowflake Die, Ornamental Stamp Set, Merry Die, and Stitched Snowflakes.
I chose the colors for my top card using the Simon Says Stamp Color Coordinates. They have beautiful color combinations and I just love how it came out.
The card shown above is also for Day 2. Cathy shows how you can make two cards using scraps.
My card shown below is from Day 1 and was inspired by Laurie Willson. I love how she was able to create these stripes on her card. This comes in super handy when you don’t have the pattern paper you are looking for.
I decorated it with the holly from Elegant Holly stamp set from Pretty Pink Posh. Check out that sentiment. Pretty crazy right?! I love it! This is from the Sassy Pants Holiday set from My Favorite Things. I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I find this stamp set hilarious!
If you haven’t heard of Online Card Classes I highly recommend checking them out. Not only is it put together by Jennifer McGuire and Kristina Werner but they have tons of contributors for each day. All of which are so inspiring!
