Dragons – C.C. Designs Preview

Welcome back everyone! It’s time for some previews with C.C. Designs!!

I couldn’t wait to use this new set Dragons! Right in my ball park as my friends know I love dragons!

This set comes with 4 images and 5 amazing sentiments which are so clever.
I start off my card by creating a background from Bristol Smooth cardstock. I’m going to ink blend a background using Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide and Dusty Concord Distress Oxide which is one of the brand spanking new colors! Dreamy! I splatter with water, dab and have an amazing sky background.
Next, I die cut some clouds from the Fluffy Clouds Border die using Neenah White cardstock. I adhere this to my ink blended panel and die cut using a Stitched Rectangle die. This way my stitching is consistent all the way around my card. I layer this with Ivory cardstock and attach to a Fog cardstock base.
This fun dragon is stamped onto Neenah White cardstock with Almalgam Ink and colored with copic markers. Then I die cut using the coordinating die.
I couldn’t resist using this sentiment which I stamped onto Black cardstock with Simon Says Stamp clear ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
To add just a bit more interest and tie in my background, I added some Dragon Dreams Enamel Dots which is also part of this release.
Copics Used
BG34, BG49
