Welcome to Preview Day 2 of Kraftin Kimmie Stamps. Oh my word – this stamp set is just the cutest!!! This is a new set by Emilie Goulet and can you say WOW!!!? I have recently developed a slight obsession with the movie Trolls (I can quote every line lol) so I think I may have squealed a little when I saw this set.
I started out by coloring her with my copic markers and cutting her out with my scan n cut machine.
For my background, I created my own stencil. I used the Starburst cover plate and cut it out with my Big Shot onto acetate. I used the acetate as my stencil.
I went around the entire stencil with a rainbow of colors because who doesn’t love a rainbow especially with a troll! I trimmed the blended background down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and sprayed it with some Shimmer Spritz to add some sparkle. It’s amazing in person! Then this was added to a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ base.
I need to fill the middle of the stencil so I cut out a stitched circle with white cardstock and popped up my troll with foam squares. To add just a little more interest, I filled in the sucker with glossy accents and added a few drops of Nuvo White Blizzard around the burst.
