Isn’t this release amazing!? I say that all the time but it’s true every time I say it !
I have this fabulous card to show you today using the new Fancy Florals and Bugs and Kisses from the May release. I thought they made perfect combo! I even have a process video for you so be sure to keep scrolling through to check it out!
For this card, I randomly stamped the three individual flowers from Fancy Florals with Simon Says Stamp Clear ink all around my paper. I also added some leaves and a couple bees from the Bugs and Kisses set just to fill some spots. I then added my Nuvo white embossing powder onto all my stamped images and heat embossed it.
Once that was cooled, I applied some distress ink oxides to my background. I love the oxides because they blend so smoothly together. I dabbled some water splatters onto my distressed background to finish that part of the card off.
The sentiment I just simply stamped onto my strip of white cardstock. My card base (black) is 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″. Once I had everything glued together I added a few sequins and Nuvo crystal drops. This was such a fun card to create!
