Bookmarks Copics Embossing The Greeting Farm

7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store and The Greeting Farm

Big News!!!! Super excited to share with you today that I am now a part of the 7 Kids Design Team!!!! Woop! Woop!! If you haven’t heard of them before, 7 Kids provides supplies for your crafting needs – all in the name really … 7 Kids Your Crafting Supply Store… haha!
Today is my first post as an official Design Team member and I’m sharing a bookmark I made for my daughter using The Greeting Farm.
I played around some more with my distress inks which is what I used to make the background. I went for the pinks and yellows for this one because I KNEW I wanted to use a little fairy for it.  While my background was drying, I colored up the fairy with my copics and cut it out using my Scan N Cut machine.
For the sentiment I actually heat embossed it with WOW white embossing powder using my Misti stamp tool. I have found when it comes to embossing, since the ink is clear, to stamp it twice. That gives me nice solid coverage and using my Misti is perfect to line it up perfect each time.
Once the sentiment was complete and my fairy adhered, I laminated it. Perfect-o!! And she loves it so that’s good!
