The words are from the PS I Love you File and the bear holding the heart is from the new Puzzle Pals Set. I created the layers in my Sure Cuts A Lot program. On my page, I popped them up with some pop dots for extra dimension and decorated them with stickles for a little sparkle.

I am lovin how this layout came out!
