Card Sketch #1 LSHD

Playing along with the Little Scraps of Heaven challenge this week which was a card sketch. I actually took the sketch and converted it to a 9×9 page that I’m going to add to my daughter’s small book.
You can read about the details of the challenge HERE.

I used the Hoo Loves You file from Little Scraps of Heaven. I will post close-ups of the sentiments tomorrow.

I changed the file up a little to make it an all boy pattern set – i think it turned out great!
What do you think?
I outline everything in copic markers. I am also trying something new with the eyes…. what do you think about them?
Keep in mind – you can purchase premade paper-piecings through my store at

Welcome!

Welcome to Paper Creations by Mindy! I am so glad you stopped in !  I created this store because I love to create projects by hand and want to share them with you. Anything you see in the store is for sale unless otherwise marked. Previously, I was known as Creative Valley Creations and have recently did a business “make-over” and am now known as Paper Creations by Mindy.

Here you will find hand-made projects such as

scrapbook layouts
cards
pretty packaging
premade paper piecings

Everything listed will be categorized by company and description to ease your shopping experience. I have also listed on the left hand side of the page the top companies that I use for paper piecing files – you can check them out and if you see something you like but I do not have listed – you are more than welcome to place a custom order. Please email me at cvceggen@yahoo.com

I will periodically be updating the store so be sure to visit back often or even better – become a follower to stay up-to-date.
You can also visit my personal blog HERE to get more details on projects I’m working on, what’s being released to the store soon,  how I created something, or fun little tips.
